We can carry the whole thing, including the specialist trades, through our own regular sub-contractors — the wide team the firm has worked with for years.
Whole-house renovations
Strip-out, structural alterations, rewiring and re-plumbing, new heating, insulation upgrades, plastering, joinery and decoration — sequenced so trades aren't standing on each other and the house dries out before finishes go on.
Kitchens and bathrooms
Fitted properly, including the parts that sink projects: moving drainage and services, levelling floors, and making sure the wall behind the tiling is something tiles will stay on.
Joinery, roofing and cladding
Bespoke joinery, staircases, doors and fitted furniture; roofing works from re-covering to new structure, rooflights and leadwork; timber, composite and rendered cladding to elevations.
Electrical, plumbing and heating
Rewires, consumer units, heating systems and bathroom plumbing, carried out by the regular trades we work with and coordinated as part of the main programme rather than left for you to chase.
